Inspiration, transformation and healing arises in many forms in my life...through the practice of yoga and meditation, through astrology, through percussion/music and movement/dance, stretching and bodywork, through craniosacral therapy and chi nei tsang , as well as from the greater community and the natural world...all of this is essential to my growth, healing, and personal path of inner alchemy for myself and as a facilitator, therapist, and counselor for others.
